If you are planning a trip from the UK to Orlando, Florida and want to stay at the Cabana Bay Resort, there are plenty of questions you probably will want to have answered. One of those questions might be this “Does Cabana Bay have shuttle to Disney? Well, the simple and quick answer would be yes. However, there are so much more information you might find helpful and we’ll cover them in this article in the hope that it will help make planning your trip a lot easier.
Resort Overview
The first thing about the resort is that it has some nice things to offer, they have a lazy river to float down, a water slide, a sandy beach, poolside bar, and multiple pools. The resort is broken into two sections, the North and South Courtyards. Through the North you’ll have access to their Cabana Courtyard Pool that has zero entry, a sandy beach and a water slide. Then on the other side of this resort you find another zero entry pool with a fun lazy river.
They offer two different types of room sizes in order to try and fit guests different budgets. The least expensive would be their standard room that have two queen beds. If you need something larger they offer family suites that have extra living space and a small kitchenette.
Universal Shuttles
The Cabana Bay Resort provides their guests with buses that always line up near their from entrance. They have multiple loading and unloading zones that make for a really efficient way to get on and off their shuttle buses. The shuttles will drop you off at the taxi and bus terminal that’s found at Universal Studios entrance on the lower level. Then you just get on the escalator or elevator and head straight to the their walking level and then you’d head to CityWalk and then either take a right to head to Universal Studios or take a left to get to the Islands of Adventure.
Shuttles To Disney World
Most people who have a Disney ticket often just take Interstate 4 to get there. However, if guests would rather arrange for transportation they can go to the Concierge at the Cabana Bay Resort and they will be more than willing to help you get to Disney World. However, this shuttle service is not free and for some might be a little too steep, so it might just be cheaper to schedule an Uber to take you to Disney World instead.
Shuttles To Seaworld
Until just recently, they did offer complimentary shuttle service to SeaWorld, but it seems now they no longer offer this service. So, just like for Disney World, you can ask them to set you up with transportation or you can just call an Uber if you want to save a little money. When you’re on a budget you will more than like want to go with an Uber.
Airport Shuttle Options:
Here’s a list for you regarding the different airport shuttle options that the Cabana Bay Resort offers their guests:
- Guests can call the Concierge and they’ll help guests to arrange their transportation from the airport in Orlando. Just understand that this also is not a free service.
- Taking a taxi from the airport is also an option you can take. Taxi services in Orlando have been around for a really long time and they are reliable and safe.
- Taking an Uber may be one of the better options because of the three options they still remain the least expensive forms of transportation in the Orlando area.

Not Pet Friendly
For those that have pets, the news is bad for these guests. Cabana Bay doesn’t allow them, however if you do have a pet and want to bring them then you would want to stay at a different Universal resort like:
